Hurricane Irma, the Aftermath and My Bonsai Trees

My last post was just before the storm which was about three months ago now. I apologize for the delay, but Mother Nature really threw a wrench in my works. In fact I’ve been working on this post for 2 months now.  Just can’t seem to finish it.  Been trying not to think about it I guess….anyway,

The Start of a Bonsai Apprenticeship in Japan for Aaron Hughes

For those not familiar Aaron was the Curator’s Apprentice at the National Bonsai & Penjing Museum in Washington D.C. He just started his new apprenticeship in Japan under Junichiro Tanaka.
